The Case Study

An advanced, high-speed conceptual redesign for the Shadowfax logistics network, aimed strictly at enterprise-level supply chain management.

Enterprise logistics dashboards are typically cluttered with endless tables and unreadable graphs. The challenge was to design a system that surfaces critical delivery failures and delays instantly, without hiding underlying data.

We designed a 'control tower' interface. The dashboard uses heat maps, intuitive urgency color-coding, and modular widgets that dispatchers can customize. The entire UI was built with a dark, high-contrast theme to reduce eye strain for operators working 12-hour shifts.
